If you require your skip to go on the public highway, then you will need a skip permit from your local authority.

At Aaron skip hire we arrange this for you along with the hire of lights.Each local authority has different rules, time limits and prices.

If your local authority is not listed then please call our office for further advice.

Surrey County Council:- Requires 48 hours notice.

Richmond:– Permits are for 3 consecutive weeks, however if the skip is to be placed in a Controlled Parking Zone an extra admin charge may be applicable.  A daily charge may be applied depending on the zone.

Kingston Council & Merton Council:- Permits also supplied.

At least 7 working days are required to apply for a new permit.  A minimum of 5 working days is required for any subsequent permit renewals.
